El Fraile Ski Resort
The El Fraile resort is located 29 Km. from Coihaique at an altitude of over 1,000 mts, in an environment offering ideal skiing conditions.
There are two lifts serving 5 pistes, which run down through forests of Lenga and Ñirre, making for a beautiful and unusual setting. The skiable area covers 550 hectares.
The resort is open Thursday to Sunday inclusive. The services include equipment hire, safety patrols and ski school.
The start and finish of the season cannot be predicted exactly as they depend on weather conditions.
