What are Privacy Policies?

When you request the services of Anacondaweb, sensitive information of a personal nature is collected, such as your name, address, email, etc. This information which you provide freely and voluntarily, are aimed at providing a better service, information and benefits to our customers. You, as the customer, have every right to refuse to give this information, in this way renouncing some of the benefits that our web site offers. In this document we will explain to you how we use the personal information which you submit to Anacondaweb when you use our services.

Gathering and Use of Information

Anacondaweb gathers personal information from clients who register themselves voluntarily with Anacondaweb. This information is used internally to provide our company's products or services, or to participate in Anacondaweb promotions, marketing, publicity campaigns, news letters, mailings, e-zines, etc. Anacondaweb neither sells, cedes, nor transfers under any circumstances its user's personal information.

When you register with Anacondaweb we ask for at least the following information:

• country
• telephone number

In you are a company you will also be asked for the following information:

• company name
• service provided

Once you have finished registering and you begin using our services, you are an identifiable person for us.

Areas where Privacy Policies are Applicable

The present privacy policy will be applied to everyone who surfs or uses our web services, be it as clients or simply as web surfers, in or out of Chilean territory.

Exchange and Disclosure of Information

As far as the exchange and disclosure of information is concerned, Anacondaweb states quite clearly that it does not share, sell, cede or transfer personal information of its users, under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated in the following article of this document.

Information Shared with Third Parties

Through the use or our web site information is received and registered which is sent automatically by the navigator you use, including your IP (internet protocol), this happens when companies that provide us with services display information on our pages. The information gathered does not stay in Anacondaweb's possession, it is stored in the user's computer by means of "cookies" which are only accessible to the company which provides the specific service. By using different techniques you can deactivate these cookies on your PC.

Modifying or Eliminating Personal Information

Anacondaweb permits any of its users to access their information in order to modify or correct it, accesing the user data directly or by sending us an email. For this purpose please use the Contact Form

Likewise the user can request that their account be removed from Anacondaweb 's database. To do this the user must resign, by sending message via the Contact Form, stating their intention to resign (no refund is provided in this case - see legal terms).

Security

The personal information in your account with Ancondaweb will be protected by a password, added to the following safety measures aimed at avoiding theft, removal, manipulation, modification or destruction of the personal information gathered:

• Local file protected by a password, with access limited exclusively to the Operations Manager; and
• The company building is surrounded secured by a metal fence and is also alarmed.

Modifications of the Present Privacy Policy

The present privacy policy is certified by Confiare.cl (http://www.confiare.cl) and will remain unalterable.

Anacondaweb may make amendments to this norm at any time and without previous authorization, but, all modifications will be correctly and promptly informed to Confiare.cl those of which, they find of importance or they indicate to us that they affect the use we give to the personal information of our clients, we will inform them by posting bulletins on our web site re. these changes or by sending an email to the user, specifically mentioning how each user can modify or remove themselves from our company's data base.
